Nef's Gym & Kitchen was built with one mission: to make wellness real, affordable, and achievable for everyone in Greenville. We didn't want to just be a place to work out — we wanted to be your complete health destination.
That's why we combined a 24/7 fully-equipped gym with a fresh on-site kitchen, serving daily-prepared healthy meals, protein shakes, juice bar drinks, and weekly meal prep services — all under one roof.
As a founder-led, bilingual business, we show up personally for every member. No corporate scripts. No one-size-fits-all. Just real accountability, a tight-knit community, and culturally inspired food that feels like home.
